"Great!"

Went here for a weekend for a birthday treat for my fiance.
Room was lovely, window seats and a big four poster.
Tea & Coffe making facilities, t.v & dvd player. Telephone in room is free for local & national calls.
The hotel has an informal bar where we ate on the Friday night, food was very nice and service was good. On Saturday we ate in the restaurant which is quite formal and quite grand. Again the food was nice and puddings were great!!!
Breakfast is plentiul, there is juice, fruit, cereal and you can also have a cooked english breakfast. There is a lovely lounge area where you can relax on one of the many sofa in fron of the roaring open fire.
All in all a great place for a peaceful break. Would go again, thought the prices were very reasonable and the staff were nice and friendly too.

"A wonderful experience"

We stayed here as a family of five and it was a wonderful experience for all of us.

We all had comfortable beds - no sofa beds just lovely comfortable beds with lovely linen too.

There was loads of room for the boys to play and the kettle etc. was up high out of reach of them but fine for us.

The standard at this hotel was just great and I would highly recommend it to anyone travelling to this part of the country with young children.

We were en-route from Wales up to Scotland and although it was a 30 minute detour for us it was so worth it compared to an overnight stay in a motorway motel - the scenery on the way up and then the meal in the evening - very restful.

"We enjoyed a lovely long weekend"

We enjoyed a lovely long weekend with our friends celebrating their wedding anniversary. Due to a cancellation, they got, at no extra charge, a super big bedroom on the 1st floor with, rather bizarrely, stairs down to their en-suite bathroom. We had a standard room in the extension facing the garden. Perfectly comfortable and quiet, but the 'four-poster' is a nonsense which adds no value but just takes up space.
Our first two dinners were taken in the Bar/bistro - a bit out of character with the location, but excellent food and drink served by the ever friendly and cheerful staff.

"Book Now"

We found this hotel online as we needed a stopover en route home to Scotland. With 3 kids we usually find it a challenge to accomodate us all in one room, however Nent Hall said they could provide this no problem.
No problem was an understatement. No 'squeezed in' extra beds here. Spacious quality family room which was stylish and had a proper bed for each child. The food here is fantatsic and nothing is too much trouble to ensure your family are happy and comfortable. The service was so attentive and our children were made so welcome. The gardens, play area and trampoline gave our children hours of fun.
The bistro pub is a superb experience for quality dining and the kids have learned what a quality hotel experience is like. We enjoyed this so much we'll be back - both for a family stay and a couples retreat! book now!!!!!!!!
