We have a choice of two dining venues on-site at Nent Hall Country House. Our Valley View restaurant offering a formal dining experience, and The Coach House Inn being a less formal venue.

Our restaurant is open to guests and non-residents alike, we recommend that guests book a table in the restaurant on arrival at the hotel, non-residents can contact the hotel to reserve a table.

The Restaurant menu offers an exquisite mix of contemporary and traditional cuisine to suit everyone's palate. All of the meals are complimented by an extensive wine list which couples excellent wines with good value for money and fine wines for that special occasion including Chateau Mouton Rothschild.

The Restaurant is an ideal place to celebrate a special occasion or anniversary and is equally adept at providing for large groups/conferences and intimate tables for two. Professional and experienced staff are able to meet your every need.

The Coach House Inn

Open to residents and non-reidents alike The Coach House Inn provides a welcoming, relaxed atmosphere in which to enjoy breakfast, dinner or just a few drinks from our well stocked bar.

With the log fire roaring in the winter and access to our extensive gardens and large children's play area in the summer the Coach House is always an ideal place to visit after a long day exploring the sights of Cumbria. We offer an extensive seasonal pub menu of homecooked food with homemade desserts to complete your meal.

The Coach House is open seven days a week from 11:00 'til late and food is served from 12:00 - 14:00 and 18:00-21:00. We serve excellent quality, locally brewed real ales from Allendale Brewery and Hesket Newmarket Brewery. Both microbreweries offer an extensive selection of cask ales, their seasonal varieties being particularly popular. We also stock an extensive selection of Scottish and Irish whiskeys.
